Dry Skin Brushing for preventing UTIs

Along with de-stressing, good nutrition, and exercise, it is a good daily habit to get into dry skin brushing.

The lymph glands have no pump (like the heart) to mobilize themselves through the body. A little help can be given by dry brushing.

Take a dry, natural fibre brush (not artificial) with a long handle, or a long loofah (which can be washed in plain water and dried previously, to break down the tough fibres), and just before your shower, brush your whole body. Brush towards the heart in long sweeps, starting with the arms. When brushing the abdomen, brush toward the groin. Then have your shower to finish up.

Practice this every time you shower and you'll feel great!
